Last updated October 30, 2026. This policy explains what information honestsolarguy.com collects, why, and what I do with it. The site is run by Adam H. Cooke of Berlin, Connecticut.
What I Collect
- Messages you send me. When you use the contact form, I receive your name, phone number, and any email, town, topic and question you enter.
- Bookings. When you book a call, Google Calendar collects your name, email and phone number so I can call you.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, the server logs your IP address, browser and the pages you visit, for security and to keep the site running.
How I Use It
I use your information only to answer your question, call you about your project and prepare an estimate. I am Managing Partner of Premier Improvements, so if you want an estimate or installation, I share your details with Premier Improvements to provide that service. I never sell your information.
Third-Party Services
This site uses a few outside services that receive data when you use them: Google Calendar for bookings, Google Fonts for page fonts, YouTube for project videos, OpenStreetMap for the project map, and a review widget that shows Google reviews. Each service follows its own privacy policy.
Cookies
The site uses cookies that WordPress needs to work and to remember simple choices. I do not run advertising cookies on this site.
Text Messages and Calls
If you agree to be contacted, I reply by phone, text or email about your question only. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
Your Choices
Ask me to see, correct or delete the information you sent me at any time. Email adam@premierimprovementsone.com or call (860) 500-0263, and I respond within 30 days.
Changes
I update this policy when the site changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
